About the Role

The Marketing and Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for TheOmniSecure's CCTV and surveillance services. This role involves developing and implementing effective marketing strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets to expand the company’s market presence.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales:


Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online research. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients.


Client Engagement: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.


Understand client needs and provide tailored security solutions. Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.


Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.


Follow up with clients post-sales to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.


2. Marketing:


Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote CCTV and surveillance services.


Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the security industry.


Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness through networking, attending industry events, and participating in trade shows.


Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners.


3. Customer Relationship Management:


Client Retention: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.


Feedback: Gather and analyze client feedback to improve services and address concerns.

Work with the product development team to incorporate client feedback into service offerings.


4. Reporting:


Sales Reports: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the Sales and Marketing Manager. Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Market Insights: Provide insights and recommendations based on market research and sales performance.


5. Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the security or technology industry.


6. Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Technical Knowledge: Understanding of CCTV and surveillance systems is a plus.


7. Working Conditions:

Travel: Regular travel to meet clients and attend industry events.

Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
