About the Role

The Tele Caller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote TheOmniSecure's CCTV and surveillance services. This role involves making outbound calls, explaining the features and benefits of our security solutions, and setting up appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a persuasive attitude.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:


Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads lists.

Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding client needs and requirements.


Client Engagement:

Explain the features and benefits of TheOmniSecure's CCTV and surveillance services.

Address any questions or concerns potential clients may have.


Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments for the sales team to meet with interested clients.

Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed.


2. Record Keeping:


Database Management:

Maintain an accurate and updated database of potential and existing clients.

Record details of conversations and client interactions in the CRM system.


Reporting:

Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on call activities and outcomes to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Provide feedback on call scripts and client responses to improve the calling process.


3. Customer Relationship Management:


Client Follow-Up:

Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients who have shown interest but have not yet committed.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from clients about their needs and preferences.

Relay important client feedback to the sales and product development teams.


Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.


Experience:

Previous experience in telemarketing, tele sales, or customer service is preferred.


Skills:

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.


Technical Knowledge:

Basic understanding of CCTV and surveillance systems is advantageous.


Working Conditions:

Environment:

Work from the office or remotely, depending on company policy.

Flexibility:

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
